1. art making, cooking, and gardening ( in the summer) every day, yoga. we don't have tv sets and don't go out to have some fun. a very simple life.

2. mysticism and animism

3. being caught too much on the techniques? i respect the tradition of printmaking but i believe that art should go beyond the medium itself. good balance between skills and free spirited creation would be a solution.

4. not much. i have used the minor editing of my photo images by photo shop.

5. the best: unpredictable aspects of the medium. the worst: the nature of the reproductions (to be mistreated as the second art).

6. for me, it is the most suitable medium to express my subtle levels of visions since especially the process of etching and printing can create unique sense of space.

7. i got the info about your triennial from my partner whose print was selected last time.

8. my favourite artists are paul klee, frida kahlo, edger ende, and kinochi suzuki.
